` the Rules and Regulations, copy_of pro3ected operating budget, copy of sales
~!~ brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amendments
~.~ to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Artieles of Incorporation,
By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property O~mers_
•- Association; and Purchaser further acknowledges receipt of and reading and
examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor
~~ pl~an, and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen-
~ tial, to the successful operation and management of the Condominitm~.property
: and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the owners therein.
~. Purchaser and all a+ners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominiumn coven-
i. ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and
-Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
,;, all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits
~ attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the-Property OWner's
~~ Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason-
able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclrnoWledges and confirms that the
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property O~mer's Association
~~ has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven-
" ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser ass wn~s the obligations as to the
E~` Property Oxner's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms
~_:~ that all Warranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained
in the aforesaid Declaration of Condomini~.m and Exhibits attached thereto, and

- other charges are estimated only. No Warranty or guaranty is made or intended
~- nor may one be relied upon except where the same is specifically warranted or
