MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made this ~ day of ~x,~.~~..,~_, 198 /,
by and between AMGER CORPORATION, hereinaf ter referred to as
MORTGAGOR, and FOREST H. E. VINCENT and ELLA ELIZABETH VINCENT,
his wife, hereinafter referred to as MORTGAGEE.
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, on the 28th day af December, 1976, F. & G., INC.,
a Pennsylvania corporation duly authorized to transact business
in the state of Florida, executed and delivered to MORTGAGEE
its promissory note in the amount of $185,000.00 in part pay-
ment of the purchase price of the hereinafter described real
property; and
WHEREAS, the indebtedness evidenced by the aforementioned
$185,000.00 promissory note is secured by a first purchase
money mortgage given by the said F, & G., INC., to MORTGAGEE on
the following described lands in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lots 30 and 31, Block 16, FORT PIERCE BEACH SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 8, at page 29 of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
and
WHEREAS, said first Purchase money mortgage dated December
28, 1976 was recorded on December 28, 1976 in O. R. Book 261 at
page 2196, publi~ records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, MORTGAGOR assumed and agreed to pay the afore-
mentioned mortgage and the indebtedness secured thereby by
virtue of an assumption as set forth in that certain Warranty
Deed from F. & G., INC., to MORTGAGOR dated June 16, 1978 and
recorded on June 19, 1978 in O. R. Book 289 at Page 107, Public
records.of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
' WHEREAS, MORTGAGOR is the present owner of the above-
described real property; and
