~~ Pur~haser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknoWledges that this

ferred to therein)~ the By-Laws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation,

'~, brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, ar:d all Amendments
~~l~i to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation,
By-LaWS and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners
~- Aasociation; and Purchaser further ackno~rledges receipt of and reading and
examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales broehure and floor
~. plan, and acknoWledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen-
~ ti31, to the successful ooeration and management of the Condominium property
: and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the oWners therein.
.•~ Purchaser and all amers of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven-
ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and
`~~ Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits
+ attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Otimer's
~~ Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason-
`~ able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms that the
Declaration of Covenants and Restrietions of the Property OF-ner's Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominiwa parcel being conveqed
~,~ to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven-
~" ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assumas the obligations as to-the
F~' Property Owner's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms
~..'; that all irarranties, representations, and inducements~ if any, are as contained
in the aforesaid Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits attaehed thereto, and
•~-t the com~on expenses and the sums due under the Property 0~-ner's Association and
- other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
~ nor may one be relied upon except~where the same is specifically warranted or
