ADDENDUM TO MORTGAGE.
THIS ADDENDUM TO MORTGAGE dated the ~ day of December,
1980, between CHARLES LOUIS ENGEL, a single adult (hereinafter
referred to as t4ortgagor) and WILLIAM E. TESCHNER and JAMES D.
REVELLE (hereinafter referred to as Mortgagee).
1. This mortgage is subject and subordinate to a certain
mortgage in favor of MARJORIE M. VAN RAVESTEYN
given by WILLIAM E. TESCHNER and
JAMES D , REVELLE
dated December 13, 1971 , recorded December 13, 1971 ,
in the original principal amount of $56,179.42 at O.R.
Book 197 , page 2787, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
which mortgage constitutes a valid and subsisting first mortga~e
lien on the property mortgaged hereunder, and which mortgage
has a current outstanding principal balance of $29,609.19 . Such
mortgage is hereinafter referred to as the "First Mortgage".
2. Mortgagor agrees to comply with the following terms~
-covenants and conditions:
A. Mortgagor shall comply with all of the terms and
conditions of the First Mortgage, other than wit-h respect to
the payment of principal and interest due thereunder.
B. In the event Mortgagor shall fail to so co~ply
with all of the terms and provisions of the said First ~!ortgage~
so as to result in a default thereunder (other than with respect
to payments of principal and interest due thereunder) such
failure on the part of Mortgagor shall constitute a default
under this mortgage and after fifteen (15) days written notice
by Mortgagee to Mortgagor, Mortga~;ee, at its option, shall
have the right to exercise any and all rights and remedies given
to Mortgagee in the event of default hereunder.
C. In the event of~default under the First Mort~a~e
by the Mortgagor, other than with respect to the payments of
principal and interest due thereunder, Mortgage shall be
