DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
; TNIS CAUSE came on for trial the lOth day of December,
~~1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the

;evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
~the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of
`:husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
~
; marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
~
; b~ dissolved. It is thereupon,
~ ..
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between JOHN H.
CORDARY and VALERIE L. CORDARY be, and the same is, hereby
;dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
~
;freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them
~ and from the obligations arising therefrom.
; 2. The Wife is hereby awarded as her sole and separate~
~ ~
; property the J. C. Penney stereo system presently in the possessioi.
; of the Husband and the Husband is hereby ordered to deliver the
stereo to the Wife. The Husband is hereby ordered to make all
payments due on the J. C. Penney's charge account of the parties
