3. The Husband is hereby awarded as his sole and separate
property the Sears television set presently in his possession. The
Husband shall make all payments due on the Sears charge account
-presently outstanding. The Wife is hereby relieved of all •
responsibility for payment of any sums due on the parties' Sears
charge account.
4. The Wife is hereby awarded the sum of Three Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($350.00) representing her interest in the 1972
Ford Gran Torino automobile presently titled in the name of the
Husband. The Husband is hereby ordered to pay~Three Hundred Fifty
Dollars ($350.00) to the Wife, however, he is relieved of such
~obligation in consideration of his full assumption of the J. C.
'Penney and Sears charge account balances outstanding on the date
of this trial. ~
: 5. Both parties acknowledge that the Sears and J. C.
~Penney charge cards have been returned to the Nusband by the Wife
~on the date of trial.
• 6. Each party shall bear his own costs and attorney's
fees arising out of this action.
7. RESTORATION OF NAME: VALERIE L. COFDARY be, and she
is hereby authorized to assume her former name of VALERIE L. FULS
`and to use same in all respects as if said marriaqe had not

'intervened. ~ ~
8. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
