Condominium Unit No. 1109 of SEA PALMS, a Condominium, according
to the Declaration of Condominium thereof dated the 20th day of
December, 1977 and recorded in Official Record Book 280, at page 262~t,
as amended by Amendmen~t recorded November 21, 1978 in Official
Record Book 298, page 894, all of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; together with all the appurtenances thereto, all
according to the said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits and-
Amendments.
This conveyance is subject to the following:
1. Taxes and-assessments for~the year 1980 and subsequent
years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations and easements of
record.
3. Declaration of Condominium of SEA PALMS, a Condomiriium,
dated December 20, 1977, and recorded in Official Record Book 280,
page 2622 of-the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
including all Exhibits and Amendments thereto.
Grantees, by acceptance of this Deed, hereby agree to.assume and
to pay that certain Mortgage executed by Fred Fitzpatrick and
Elizabeth Fit2patrick, his wife, to Citizens Federal Savings and
Loan Association of St. Lucie County, recorded December 8, 1978
in Official Record Book 299, page 1479, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, securing the original principal sum of
$47,600.00, and to hold grantors harmless from any further
obligation thereunder.
The Condominium Apartment herein conveyed was formerly known as
"Unit 1109 of SEA PINES TOWER, a Condominium, which name was changed_
to "SEA PALMS CONDOMINIUM' by amendment to the Declaration of
Condominium recorded November 21, 1978 in Official Record Book
298, page 894 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
