CONTINUOUS MARRIAGE AFFIDAVIT

On this day personally appeared before me, the undersic~ned
authority, LYNN LASHLEY, who having been duly sworn, deposes and
says that he is the~son of HAZEL H. LASHLEY and GERALD CHARLES
LASHLEY;.that he knows of his own knowledge that the said HAZEL H.
I.ASHLEY and GERALD CHARLES LASHLEY were continuously married to
each other prior to 1954 , without
interruption by divorce, until the death of the said GERALD CHARLES
LASHLEY upon the 20th day of February, 1978.
That the said HAZEL H. LASHLEY and her husband, GERALD CHARLES
LASHLEY were the owners as an estate by the entirities to the fol-
lawing described property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 2, Block 1$60 of PORT ST. LCCIE
SECTION 7, a Subdivision according to
the.Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book
12~ Page 37A, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
