TOGETHSR with every privilege, right and easement thereunto

ALSO Yendor w111 provide electric panel with provision~for
individual epace metering. nlectrlc aervice to individual space:,
wt3.2 be the reaponaiblity of that space owner.
ALSO Vendor shall provide water service to dock spaces and all
will be on a common meter.
