IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE
NINETEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT
IN AND FOR ST. LUCIE COUNTY,

THIS`CAUSE coming on for hearing upon consent of the parties -
and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
upon consideration
ORDEREU AND ADJUDGED:
1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter and
the parties to this cause.
2. That the DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION has committed a
physical taking of the following identified property which is owned
in fee simple absolute by Plaintiffs B3ELE and which is described as
follows:
A parcel of land in Section 34, Township 34 South, Range
39 East, more particularly described as follows:~
~ COM.MENCE at the Southwest corner of said Section 34 and
run thence North 00°30'08" East, along the West line of
said Section a distance of 200.00 feet to the North right
of way line of Belcher Canal; thence South 89°28'30" East,
along said right of way line, 1177.52 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING; thence continue South 89°28'30" East, along
saici line, 957.94 feet to a point on a curve concave
Northeasterly and having a radius of 8,462.37 feet; thence
from a Tangent Bearing of South 47°18'39" East, run South-.
easterly, along said curve, 304.04 feet through a central
'•angle of 2°03'31" to the South line of said Section 34;
thence North 89°28'30" West, along said South line, 968.33
feet; thence North 47°18'18" West 280.80 feet to a point
on a curve concave Northeasterly and having a radius of
5,929.58 feet; thence, from a Tangent Bearing of North
41°54'34" West,.run Northwesterly, along said curve, 15.55
feet through a central angle of 0°09'O1" to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
Containing 4.421 acres, more or less.
