appeared as JANE RAINEY as grantee, and that ahe ia one and the Bame
person who as mortgagor executed a mortgage encumbering the above
described property to First Federal Savings and Loan Asaociation of Fort
Pierce recorded in O. R. Book 344; page 2150 of the public recorda of St.
Lucie County, Florida , Bigned Kyna Jane Rainey.
