NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Ju3gment
of Foreclosure dated January 13, 1981, entered by the Circuit
Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, the docket number of which
is 80-633 CA, wherein Harris Construction Corporation, a Florida
corporation, is Plaintiff, and Ezekiel L. Jerkins and Lucy O.
Jerkins, his wife, are defendants, I, ROGER POITRAS, Clerk of said
Court, will on February 13, 1981, at 11:00 A.M. or as soon there-
after as the sale may be held, sell to the highest and best bidder
for cash at the East front door of the St. Lucie County Courthouse,
