Before me the undersigned authority personally appeared
WILLIE JOE HOWARD, JR.
well known to me, who first being duly sworn and cautioned, did
depose and say as follows:
I. This Affidavit relates to the following described
propertp, lying and being situate in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 107, SHERATON PIAZA, UNIT 1W0 REPLAT, according to the
plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 2, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Your Affiant is the owner of said property and his
attention has been directed to a certain instrument recorded in the
Public Records of the County wherein said lands are situate relating
to person named therein, said instrumenti being as follows:
