AFFIDAVIT
IIefore me the undersigned authority personally appeared
ERNEST T. GRIMSLEY ~
well known to me, who first being duly sworn and cautioned did
depose and say as follows:
1. This Affiiiavit relates to the following described
property lying and being situate in -St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 22, Block 1, BUNCHE PARK, according
to the Plat therof as recorded in Plat
Book 10 at Page 18 qf the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Said property is owned by your Affiant and Affiant's
spouse, RACHEL GRIMSLEY as an estate by the
entirety, they having acquired title to said property by dee~
dateci May 22, 1964 and recorded in O.R. Book 90 at Page
519 in the Public Records of the County wherein
said lands are situate. Your Affiants were married prior to
the date and execution ar.d delivery of said deed and have
remained married to each other continuously until the date
hereof.
