according to the Plat theroef, ~s recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages
17 and 17A thorugh 17K, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
GRANTOR warrants and represents that the foregoing is
not his homestead, that he has never resided thereon, and that no
homestead exemption has been filed or claimed therefor by
Grantor. ~
SUBJECT TO: Conditions, restrictions, reservations,
limitations, easements and dedications of record and taxes for ~, .
1980 and subsequent years.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantor hereby cavenants with said grantee that

or has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey
said larrd; that the grantor hereby fully warrants the title to
said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of alI
encumbrances, except taxes_accruing subsequent to December 31,
1978.
