ORAINAGE EASEMENT
THIS EASEMENT made this 15th day of Januar~ , A.D., 19 81
between BQBERT E, STEIN and JANET A. STEIN, his wiie, 3805 S.
Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce, ~~lorida
• as the Grantor(s), and ST. LUCIE COUNTY, 2300 virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce,
- Florida, 33450, as the Grantee.
WITNESSETtI:' That the Grantor(s), in consideratfon of the sum of One Dollar
and other valuable consideration paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
hereby grant unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, a perpetual easement
and right of way for the purpose of clearing, excavating, constructing and main-
taining outfall and drainage ditches and~drains in, upon and through the following
described land in St. Lucie O~unty, Florida, to-wit:
The southerly 16.00 feet of the westerly 114.50 feet of
the following parcel described as: From the northwest
corner of the NE~S of the NE~S of the NE~i of Section 9,
Township 36 South, Range 40 East, run south along the
west line of said NE~S of NE~i of NE~S for a distance of
228.86 feet to the Point of Beqinning; thence continue
south along said west line for a distance of 121 feet .
to a point that is 312.5 feet from the south line of
said NE~i of NE~S of NE~x, thence run east parallel to
said south line for a distance of 202 feet; thence run
- north for a distance of 121 feet;~thence run west for a
distance of 202 feet to the Point of Beginning; less therefrom
- the west 20 feet for road right of way. All lying and being
in St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
