Ttie Court; therefore, finds as follaws: 1. 'Ihat Nicholas Elliott, Jr. is the duly elected and acting Secretary of Southern Acceptance Corporatian. 'Il~at the Ex Parte Applicativn was fi~ed by Nichol_as Elliott, Jr. for ~nd on behalf of Southern Acceptance Carporatian. ~at due to the urgcncy of the tr~tters set forth in the App2ication, the Application was properly heard Ex Parte and the relief should be inmediately granted as requested therein. 2. 7hat during the achni.nistration of this cc~plicated Estate, certain real property owned by Southem Coi-poratian, Southern Acceptance Corpcratian and Southern Intemational Corporation caas fraudulently ~d ~,rithout authority of this Court canveyed to certain individuals believed to be ciamiciled in Florida, inclt~ding but not limited to, ;•larvin Pati~ers, 1~anas Qrtoliw, Julie Ortoliw and S~ds Properties, Inc. 'Tt~at the real property is located in eleven separate oounties k~thin the State of Florida au~d title to trP property, prior to the fxaudulent trar~s£ers, was vested in either the deb~or oorporaticm or its subsidiaries, Southern Corporation ~d Southern Interna~ianal Co1-Poration. 3.
