WARRANTY DEED ~'`
THIS INDENTURE, made this (•~~ day of August, 1980, A.D.,
between RONALD G. SHERRY of the County of 47ayne, in the ~
State of tiichigan, party of the first part, and
RONALD G. SHERF.Y and ~CYOKO McKAY, as tenants in commom, of the
County of ~Vayne, in the State of Michigan,
parties•of the second part, whose post office addresses are:
32759 W. Chicago, Livonia, ilichigan, 48150 and 5680 Inkster
Rd., Apt. 201, Dearborn Heights, Michigan, 98127, respectively,
PIITNESSETH :
. ~hat the said party of the first part, for and in con-
sideration of the sur.i of TEN DOLLARS A~~1D OTHER GOOD AND VALU-
ABLE CONSIDE~RAT~ION to him in hand paid by the said parties of
the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
has granted, bargained and sold to said parties of the second
part, their heirs and assigns forever, the following described
land situate, lying and being in the City of Port St. Lucie,
County of St. Lucie, and in the State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot 39, Block 209, of South Port St. Lucie
Unit 15, a Subdivision according to the Plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 42,
of the Public Recorder of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
Subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations, limitations
and easements of record: zoning and other regulatory ordinances
and taxes for the year 1980 and subject to oroperty owners asso-
ciation, if any, and subject to a mortgage of record upon which
there is a principal balance owing which parties of the second
part assume and agree to pay.
And the said party of the first part does hereby fully
warrant the title to said land, and will defend same against
all lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
