and admitted to probate in San Mateo County, California in a.
Court c~f Probate Jursidiction on March 27, 1980, is admitted to
Probate according to law as in for the Last Will of the Decedent
as Ancillary Aciministration .
ADJliDGE~D F[tRTHER that there be immeuiate distribution of
the assets of the Decedent located in the State of Florida and
consistinq only of.Lot 2U, Rlock 86, Port St. Lucie Section 27,
in accordance with the terms of the aareement of sale enterec~
into by the Decedent prior to her death to Robert M. Close and
Irene Close, his wife for the sum of 52,500.U0, less any and all
customary costs of ,sale, and that the balance thereaft.er be paiu
to LUDOLF R. wFNTHOLT,.Executor of the Estate of the Decedent. .
ADJUDGED FURTHER, that those to whom specified parts of
the decedent's estate are assigned by this order shall be
entitled to receive and collect the same, and to maintain actions
to enforce the right.
