LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF JOHN G. MATIEJUNAS
I, JOHN G. _ MATIEJUNAS, a resident of and domiciled
in the State of Florida, realizing the uncertainty of this frail and

transitory life, and being of sound mind and memory, and desiring to
make disposition of all my property and affairs, do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby
expressly revoking and cancelling all Wills and Codicils heretofore
made by me.
A RTICLE I
I desire and direct that all valid claims against my estate
and my funeral expenses be paid as soon after my death as shall be
practicable.
ARTICLE II
I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, whether real
or personal, of every kind and description, to my dear wife,
SOPHIE M. MATIEJUNAS.
A RTICLE III
If my said wife predeceases me, or if we die simultaneously
