to my son, WILLIAM J. MATIEJUNAS; or if my said son predeceases
my wife and me then in that event, I give, devise and bequeath all of
my said estate to my granddaughters, CLAIRE M. LIGUORI and
SUSAN MATIEJUNAS, each t~ share and share alike.
ARTICLE IV
I do hereby make, nominate, constitute and appoint
my wife, SOPHIE ni. MATIEJUNAS, as Executrix. If my said wife
predeceases me or if we die simultaneously or as a resu:t of a
common accident, then in that event, I do hereby make, nominate,
constitute and appoint my son, WILLIAM J. MA'rIEJiNA5, as ~
Executor; or if my said son predeceases my wife and me then in that """
event, I do hereby make, nominate, constitute and appoint my
granddaughter, CLAIRE M. LIGUORI, as successor Executrix of this
my Last Will and.Testament.
I direct that my Eacecutrix, Executor or successor Executrix
shall serve without bond.
I direct that my E~cecutrix, Executor or successor Executrix
shall have power and authority to grant, bargain, sell, convey and
otherwise handle and dispose of any property of which I may die seized
or possessed or to which I may be in any manner entitled, and she or
he may execute and deliver all nec.essary legal instruments in connection

with the property and the affairs of ~y estate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
