FOR VALUE RECEIVED, WESLEY L. RITCHIE and ESTNER S.
R~TCHIE, of Fort Pierce, Florida, jointly and severally promise
to pay to Frederick M. Deeb, Personal Representative of the
Estate of Fred E. Deeb, Deceased or Order, the sum of Thirty
Five Thousand Dollars, $35,000.00) plus interest from date
at the rate of Fifteen percent (15$) per annum, said principal
and interest to be paid i~ 72 equal monthly installments of
$832.65, commencing on January 23, 1981 and continuing
thereafter on the 23rd day of each month until paid.
Maker shall have the right to prepay any or all of
the outstanding balance of this loan without penalty or~
premium therefor, provided, however, that all such prepayments
shall be first applied to accrued interest and the balance
to principal. If.any monthly installment under this note is
not paid when due, then, at the option of the holder, the
entire principal amount outstanding and accrued interest
thereon shall at once become due and payable. Demand of
payment, notice of nonpayment, presentment, protest and '
notice of protest is waived. In the event of default in
payment, Maker hereby agrees to pay all costs of collection,
including attorney's fees, whether suit be brought or not.
