PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION ~
The undersigned petitioners allege:
l. Petitioners have an interest in the above estate as the
sole beneficiaries under the Last Will of the decedent and as the

nominated Personal Representatives of the estate. Their names
and addresses are set forth in paragraph three and the name and
address of their attorney is set forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, ETHEL ELIZABETH WILSON, deceased, whose last
known address was 16517 Walnut Hill Road, Gaithersburg , Maryland,
died on March 15, 1980, at Rockville,-Maryland, and at the time of
death decedent was domiciled in Montgomery County, Maryland.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
this estate, their addresses and relationship to decedent and
ages, are:
