7. The estate is not indebted.
8. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent, includinq
exempt property, be distributed pursuant to the direction of the
decedent in her Last Will and Testament which accompanies this
Petition.
9. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil
of decedent, other than as set forth in paragraph ten.
10. A certified copy of the decedent's Last Will and Testament,
dated December 23, 1970, along with certified copies of the domiciliary
record, accompanies this Petition.
11. Decedent's Will does not di~ect administration as required
by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes.
Petitioner's request that the decedent's Last Will and Testa- •
ment be admitted to probate and Order of Summary Administration be
entered directing distribution of the assets in this estate in
accordance with the directions contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of the decedent. .
Under penalties of perjury we declare that we have read the
foregoing, and the facts alleged are true to the best of our know-
.ledge and belief.
