~ Hill Road, Gaithersburg, Montgomery County, Maryland, being of ;
sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby
make, publish and declare this instrument to be my Last Will and
'~"estament, hereby revoking, annulling and making void any and
all wills or codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
' ITEM I. I direct my executors hereinafter named to
pay all of my legally enforceable debts, including those inci-
dent to my last illness.and funeral expenses, as soon after my
death as may be convenient.
ITEM II. I give, devise and bequeath all of my

~~lilson, to be his absolutely and forever if he shall survive me.
ITEbi III. If my said husband, ~James Edward V~ilson,
fails to survive me, then I direct that my property be divided
into two (2) equal shares to be distributed as follows:
(A) One (1) share I give, devise and bequeath
to my daughter, JoAnn Wilson,Thomson, 16528.Walnut Hill Road,

Gaithersburg, Maryland, if she~shall survive me; but if she
shall not survive me, then to her child or children surviving
me, in equal shares, per stirpes.. ~
(B) The remaining share shall be divided into
