shall be given to his child or children surviving me, in equal

(2) I give, devise and bequeath to my
son, James Edward Wilson, Jr., if he shall survive me, a life
estate in the second part of the second share of my estate .
hereinbefore referred to, with the full right to enjoy the in-
come from same and to invest and reinvest the principal as he,
in his sole discretion, shall determine proper; with remainder,

upon his death, to his child or children who shall be living at
thQ time of my death, in equal shares, per stirpes. But if my
said son, James Edward Wilson, Jr., shall not survive me, then
the seaond part of the second share of my estate hereinbefore
referred to I give, devise and bequeath to the child or children
surviving me of my said son, James Edward Wilson, Jr., in equal
shares, per stirpes.

my two children, James Edward Wilson, Jr. and JoAnn Wilson.
Thomson, or the survivor of them, to be joint executors of.this,
my Last Will and Testament, and having full faith and confidence
in them,~ I request that they be permitted to serve as such with-
out bond. In the event my said children are unable or unwilling
to act as such executors, then and in any such event, ~ nominate,

constitute and appoint my grandson, James Edward Wilson III, to
be the executor of this, mv Last Will and Testament, and having !

to serve as such without bond.
