ORDER OF SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION .
On the petition of JoAnn Wilson Thomson and James Edward Wilson,
Jr., for Summary Administration of the estate of ETHEL ELIZABETH
WILSON, Deceased, the Court finding that the decedent died on the
15th day of March, 1980; that all interested persons have been served
proper notice of this hearing, or have waived notice thereof; that the
material allegations of the petition are true; and that an Order of
Summary Administration should be entered, it is
ADJUDGED that the will bearing date December 23, 1970, and
attested by Anne J. T. Brusseau, Lynn D. Matson, and Doris Ann Rosen-
field, as subscribing and attesting witnesses is admitted to probate
accorcling to law, as and for the last will of the decedent.
ADJUDGED FURTHER, that there be immediate distribution of the
assets of the decedent to JOANN WILSON THOMSON, 16528 Walnut Hill Road,
Gaithersburg, Maryland 20760 and JAMES EDWARD WILSON, JR., 19514 Divot
Place, Gaithersburg, Maryland 20760, as tenants in common, the follow-
ing described real L~roperty:
Lots 19 and 20, Block 94, LAKEWOOD PARK, UNIT 8,
per the Plat thereof on file in Plat Book 11, page
19, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
and
Lots 11 and 12, Block 62, LAKEWOOD PARK, UNIT 6, per
the Plat thereof on file in Plat Book 11, page 7, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
and
Lot 20, Block 92, LAKEWOOD PARK, UNIT 8, per the Plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 11, page 19, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
ADJUDGED FURTHER, that those to whom specified parts of the
decedent's estate are assigned by this Order shall be entitled to
receive and collect the same, and maintain actions to enforce the right.
ADJUDGED FURTHER, that debtors of the decedent, those holding
property of the decedent, and those with whom securities or other
propertf of the decedent are registered, are authorized and empowered
