8. Rex Piersan, father of decedent and jointly entitled to preference in
appoi~tment as personal representative, joins in this petition, requests that his
wife, Barbara Piersan, be appointed as the sole persaial represe~ntative of the
Estate of his deceased minor child, Nom~a Pierson.
