Dissolution dated October 6~~ 1980, and the property settlement a~reement
of September 17, 1980 entered into evidence at the final hearinq, is
hereby set aside.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the petitioner shall be
granted ten (10) days to amend his petition if he should desire, and
the respondent shall answer wi~hin five (5) days thereafter.
