WITNESSETH: The Party of the First Part, pursuant to the Order ~
of the Circuit Court for St. Lucie County, Florida, dated
December 23, 1980 , and pursuant to power of sale contained
in the Wi~l of the above named decedent, and in consideration of~the
premises and the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable considera-
tion in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
conveys and confirms to the Party of the Second Part, his heirs and
assigns forever, the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida des-
cribed as:
Lot 57, Block C, TROPICAL ACRES, as recorded in
Plat Book 8, Page 20, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real

AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and with the
Party of the Second Part, his heirs ar.d assigns, that in all things
preliminary to and in and about the sale and this conveyance the or-
ders of the above named Court and the laws of Florida have been fol-
lowed and complied with in all respects.
