Fu4~' AGREEMENT FOR DEED THIS AGREEDIENT. made and entered into this ~~ day of January . 1981. 5~.b~ by and between THE PINES OF FORT PIERCE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Seller" , and ANTHONY R. CAMMARANO and INA J. CAMMARANO, his wife. 4 Moran Road, Lynnfield. Massachusetts 01940: ~ hereinafter referred. to as "Purchaser". their successors or assigns; WITNESSETH That in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained in this Agreement and other valuable considerations passing between the parties to it. the Seller agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to buy the following described property . situate~~ lying and being in St . Lucie County . Florida: TOWNHOUSE UNIT 6-D~ THE PINES OF FORT PIERCE. PHASE ONE (SEE EXHIBIT "A" A•TTACHED HERETO) The total purchase price of the property shall be the sum of FORTY-EIGHT THOUSAND AND NO/100 (548. 000. 00) DOLLARS , payable at the times and in the manner hereinafter provided: 1. The sum of IVINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS (S9, 600.00) to be paid by the Purchaser to the Seller upon the signing of this ~ Agreement for Deed. 2. The sum of THIRTY-EIGHT THOUSAI~TD FOUR HUNDRED AND NO/100 to be payable by the Purchaser to the Seller on or before July 9. 1981 ~ in accordance with a Promissory Note of even date herewith executed by the Purchaser in favor of the Seller . Payment of this sum shall be made to Darlsor~ and Bobko ~ Chartered Trust Account for the benefit of the Seller . Further. Purchaser agrees to assume the responsibility for the regular semi-annual assessment chatges to The Pines of Fort Pierce Or-~ners' Association. together with any increa~es in said assessments or any special assessments that may be made or levied by the Owners' Association.
