Accounting and diacharge of guardian ALFRBD PAPPALARDO for that:
l. The guardisn, ALFRBD PAPPALNRDO dies on December 24, 1980 and his
accounting has been filed by counael.
• 2. That the sole heir of the incompetent, ALFRBD SASSSR has requeated
the appointment of a succeasor guardian and his idaiver of preference aad conset
is attached hereto.
3. 1'hat the waiver includes consent to diacharge.of ALFRSD PAPPALARDO.
. ~ORS, petitioner requeata that an Order be entered approving the
accounting and discharging ALFRBD PAPPAIARDO a8 guardian and releasing the surety
on guardians bond, from further liabilitq.
