This proceeding was heard~on the petition for discharge
of~the person and property of PAUL FRITZ MALCHOW, incompetent,
filed by TERRY L. BOOHER, Guardian; notice of hearing on said
petition havin g been waived; all persons entitled to same, and
the court being satisfied that the guardian has faithfully
discharged the duties as such guardian, has rendered a complete
and accurate final return, and has delivered the assets of the
ward to the person entitled thereto; it is -
ADJUDGED, that said TERRY L. BOOHER, Guard~an,.is
discharged and the surety on the guardian's bond, if any, is
released from further liability.
