ORDER OF FINAL DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN
This proceeding was heard on the petition for discharge
of the person and property of PAUL FRITZ MALCHOW, incompetent,
filed by E.DARYL BONIFACIUS, JR., Guardian; notice of hearing on
said petition having been waived; all persons entitled to same,
and the court being satisfied that the guardian has faithfully
discharged the duties as such guardian, has rendered a complete
and accurate final return, and has delivered the assets of the
ward to the person entitled thereto; it is
ADJUDGED, that said E. DARYL BONIFACIUS, JR., Guardian,
is discharged and the surety on the guardian's bond,i~f any, is
released from further liability.
