Flocida to serve as perso~al representatvie of decedent's
estate is entitled to preference in appointment as personal
representative because she is decedent's daughter and was named
executrix by the probate court in Franklin County, Ohio.
6. Domiciliary probated proceedings are known to be pend-
ing in another state or county. Letters have been issuec~ by
Richard B. Metcalf, Probate Judge in and for Franklin County,
Ohio.
7. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this
estate subject to probate in the State of F'lorida are:
Lot No. 38, Section II in that certain condominium known
as OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERCIA AT NETTLES ISLAND, as shown
by the plat recorded in the office of the clerk of ;`the
Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, Plat
Book 16, Page 1:1A through 1J; and
House trailer with Florida title number 1978 ID#T4778272

8. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codieil
of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 9.
9. An authenticated copy of the decedent's will probated
in Frank~lin County, Ohio, accompanies this petition. ~
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will be admitted
to probate and that CAROL M. BERG be appointed personal repre-
sentative of the ~Florida. estate of the decedent.
