powering ny said executrix to conpound, cor.~promise, settle and adjust all claims
and de~ands in iavor of or against my estate; and to sell. at private or public
sale, at such prices a~d upon such terms of credit or otherwise, as she may _
deem best, the r~hole or any part of my real or personal property, and to er.ecute,
acknayledge and deliver deeds and other proper instrurr2nts of conveyance thereoi
to the purchaser or purchasers. ~!o purchasd'from ny e::ecutor need see to the
ao~lication of the purchase money to or ior the purpose of the trust, but the
receipc of my executrix shall be a ca~plete acquittance and discharge taerefor.
1 req~est that no bond be reGuired of my said executrix. If ny said wife should,
for any reason, fail to qualiiy as executrix of my estate, then I make, nominate
and appoint Carol M. Feyes the executrix of this, ny ~ast Will and Testanent,
and in such capacity she shall have the authority and oariers hereby extended to
ny said ~~ife should she serve as executrix, and I request that no bon~ be re-
guired of my said executrix.
