hereby releases the original Obligors) from further obligations or liability
under the mortgage or note referred to above.
~~ 4. Except as specifically designated herein, nothing here shall
~ constitute a change or amendment to the aforementioned promissory note and
mortgage, the provisions of which are specifically reaffirn~ed by the new
obligor(s). ~
5. This Agreement is binding upon the heirs, personal representa-
tives, successors and assigns of the parties.
6. The Owner(s) shall be bound to the Association to the same ex-
tent and in the same manner as if the Owner(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said
- mortgage and~ the maker(s) ~f ~all -promissory noLes -secured ~thereby. - . ...
_ 7. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s)
is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest rate payable on the
sums secured by-said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaged
property to the Owner(s).
