under the mortgage or note referred to above.
~ . 4. Except as specifically designated herein, nothing here shall
constitute a change or ame~dment to the aforementioned promissory note and
! mortgage, the provisions of which are specifically reaffirmed by the new
obligor(s). •

~ 5. This Agreement is binding upon the heirs, personal represent,a-
tives, successors and assigns of the parties.
~ 6. The Owner(s) shall be bound to the Association to the same ex-
tent and in the saune manner as if the Owner(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said
____ mortgage and the maker(s) of =a11 -promissory notes -secured .thereby. -
7. The~Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s)
- is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest rate payable on the
sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaged
property to the Owner(s). ~
