Plaintiffs' Motion for Continuance is granted and this cause shall be set on the trial docket beginning February 2, 1981; 2. The Court hereby rules as a matter of law, upon Plain- tiffs request, that Plaintiffs' appraiser may not assume a replat of the remaining existing subdivision on the subject property in order to mitigate damages to the remaining property of Defendant.
