entry of a default by the Clerk against Cross-Defendant, JIM
POWELL d/b/a FORT PIERCE AMOCO SERVICE STATION, for failure to
serve any paper on the undersigned or file any paper as required
by law in response to Defendant HARVEY LOVETT'S Cross-Claim
previously filed herein.
