ORDER PURSUANT TO RULF 1.510(d)
The Court considered defendant Sun Banks of Florida, Inc.'s,
Motion Under Rule 1.510(d), and the argument of counsel related to
the same. In order to facilitate a ruling pursuant to the Rule, the
Court now orders that: '
1. Within ten (10) days of the date of this Order plaintiff
will state with specificity what material facts are disputed and what
facts appear without substantial controversy that pertain to the
matters raised by defendant, Sun Banks of Florida, Inc.'s, Motion for
Summary Judgment, service of which was certified as being made by
said defendant on June 5, 1980.
2. Within ten (10) days of receipt of plaintiffs' response to
this Order, defendant, Sun Banks of Florida, Inc., will provide its
statement, in response to plaintiffs' statement responding to this
Order.
