Richard Miller is hereby dismissed with prejudice, there
being no evidence having been presented at trial regarding
said Counter Claim.
B. Plaintiff s,Abnor A. Lotsof and Lillian W. Lotsof,
his wife. recover from the Defendants, Pointe South Builders,
Inc., a Florida Corporation and Richard Miller, individually,
actual damages in the amount of $29,574.13 and punitive
damages in the amount of $10,000.00 for a total of $39,574.13,
together with court costs to be determined at a later date,
all for which let execution issue.
C. Plaintiffs. Abnor A. Lotsof and Lillian W. Lotsof,his
° wif e~ recover f rom Def endant- Nora B. Mi l ler, the sum of
~$3,050.00 together with court costs to be determined at a
:later date, for which let execution issue.
D. Counts V and VI of the Amended Complaint are dis-
~~missed with prejudice. _
E. Plaintiffs prayer for attorney's fees under Florida
~
1Statute 57.105 is denied.

; F. Costs shall be taxed at a later date upon Motion.
~ G. Jurisdiction is reserved for such further relief as
~may be-necessary.
