FINAL JUDGMENT
This action was tried before the Court on January 6, 1981.
Upon the evidence presented, the Court finds that the Plaintiff,
LUCILLE DYE, has been in possession of the subject property
continuously since March 15, 1971; that she has paid the real
estate taxes thereon since March 1-6, 1971 and that she has con-
structed or caused to be constructed improve~tents on the subject
property. Hence, the Plaintiff has been in open, active and
adverse possession of the subject property for more than seven
years. The Court therefore~finds that the Counterclaim filed
herein by the Defendant, SUSIE BROWN, is barred, and that the
Plaintiff is entitled to have title quieted in her as against
the heirs and other persons claiming by or through OLIVER L.
HENDERSON, JR., deceased. The Court further finds that the
cashier's check dated March 15~ 1973 in the amount of $65Q.00,
which is a Plaintiff's Exhibit herein. constitutes full and
final payment under the Agreement for Deed daCed March 16, 1971.
It is thereupon,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The title of the Plaintiff, LUCILE DYE, a/k/a LUCILLE
DYE, to the following described real property located in St.
Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 4, Block 12~ LI:~ICOLN PARK N0. 2, as
recorded in P1at Book 4, page 77, of the
public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, being the revised subdivision of
LINCOLN PARK;
