is good title against the claims or purported claims of the
Defendants~ SUSIE BROWN, JOHNNIE MAE DURHAM, JOHN SULLIVAN,
JERRY R. SULLIVAN and CHARLES HENDERSON, if alive, and if dead,
their unknown spouses, heirs, devisees. grantees, creditors
and all other parties claiming by, through or under or against
them; and the unknown spouse, he~rs. devisees, grantees and
creditors of OLIVER L. HENDERSON, a/k/a~OLIVER L. HENDERSON, JR.,
deceased, and all other parties claiming by, through, under or
against them; and all parties having or claiming to have any
right, title or interest in that property since the filing of
the Notice of Lis Pendens herein; and those claims or purported
claims are cancelled and the title to said property is hereby
forever quieted in the Plaintiff.
2. The Counterclaim filed herein by SUSIE BROWN be, and
the same is hereby dismissed with pre~udice.
3. The Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie
Countv be, and the same is hereby authorized to deliver the
cashier's check dated March 15, 1973, which is a Plaintiff's
exhibit herein, to the Personal Representative of the Estate
of OLIVER L. HENDERSON, JR., deceased, upon proof that valid
Letters Testamentary have been issued to said Personal Repre-
sentative.
4. Jurisdiction of this cause be, and the same is~hereby
reserved for the purpose of determining and awarding a fee to
the Guardian Ad Litem and Attorney Ad I.item, Osborne Walker
0'Quinn.
S. All costs be, and the same are hereby taxed against
the Plaintiff.
