THIS CAUSE having come before the undersigned on December
22, 1980, upon Defendants, ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY's Motion for
Judicial Notice and Motion for Summary Judgment, and being advised of
no opposition thereto by the Plaintiff, and having reviewed the record
and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is accordingly
ORDERED AND ADJUD6ED that Defendants Motion for Judicial
Notice and Motion for Summary Judgment are and the same shall be hereby
granted.
Thus, it is further adjudged that Plaintiff, GREGORY SCOTT
GRAHAM, take nothing by this action of the Defendant, ALLSTATE INSURANCE
COI~ANY, and that Defendant, ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY, go hence without
day .
