THIS CAUSE came.before the Court on defendant FORD CREDIT'S
Motion for Independent Medical Examination and Motion for
Extension of Time to Answer Interrogatories. Counsel for the
resnective parties being in apparent agreement and the Court
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The ~iotion for Independent Medical Examination is
granted, and plaintiff, SCOTT JOSEPH FOSTER, is ordered to submit~
to an independent medical examination by a physician to be agreed
on among counsel for the respective parties and at a time and
place that is mutually agreeable.
2. The Motion for Extension of Time to Answer Interroga-
tories is granted, and defendant FORD CREDIT is granted an
additional thirty (30) days from the date of enCry of this order
within which to answer the plaintiffs' interrogatories propounded
October 9, 1980, or shall face appropriate sanctions.
3. The parties are not requesting a ruling on defendant
FORD CREDIT'S Motion to Compel Discovery, so Court is not ruling
on that motion at this time.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
