seeking to foreclose a mechanic's lien on the following described•

Commencing at the NW corner of the NE 1/4 of SW 1/4 of
Section I5, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run
Easterly along 1/4 Section line 916.85 feet to a point,
thence Southerly along West right of way line of U.S. #1,
130 feet to Point of Beginning. Thence continue Southerly
along West right of way line 250 feet to a point. Thence
run Westerly 225 feet parallel with 1/4 Section line to a
point, thence run Northerly 250 feet parallel with west
right of way line of U.S. Highway No. 1, thence run
Easterly 225 feet to Point of Beginning.
