who being by me first duly sworn, on oath, deposes and says that:
Appearing on the Warranty Deed from General Development Corporation to Terrance
Craig and Sonja Craig, his wife dated December 22, 1976, filed February 4, 1977
under Clerk's File No. 356947 and recorded in Official Records Book 263 at
Page 1724; and also on the Mortgage from Terrance Craig and Sonja Craig, his
wife to GUV Financial Corporation dated January 26, 1977, filed I'ebruary 4, 1977
under Clerk's File No. 356948 arid recorded in Official Records Book 263 at
Page 1725; and also on the Assignment of Mortgage to Washington Federal Savings
and Loan Association of Miami Beach dated February 11, 1977, filed March 10, 1977
under Clerk's File No. 359768 and recorded in Official Records Book 264 at
Page 2944, is the following: .
Lot 29, Block 2 of the VILLAS OF SANDPIPER BAY, Unit 2,
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book
I7, Page 12, of the Public Records of St. Lucie Couaty,
Florida.
The deponent in error inserted that Legal Description rather than the following
