RELEASE OF LIEN
KNOW ALL MEN BY Tl?ESE PRESENTS :
That the undersigned, for.and in consideration of the sum
of Forty-Two and 48/100 Dollars ($42.48), the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, hereby releases the property hereinafter
described owned by PHILLIP LaFL~UR and JEAN M, LaFLEUR from a
certain lien dated the 31st d~y of July, 1978, in the amount of
Thirty-Five and no/100 Dollars ($35.00) filed in the office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in
0. R. Book 293, Page 264, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, as assigned to the City of Port St. Lucie, Florida,
as per Assignment of Lien Rights recorded in 0.~ R. Book 342 ,
Fage 1272, public records of St. Lucie Coumty, Florida, due
for tmpaid assessments on said property, and hereby declares said
