KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That in consideration of $10.00 and love and affection to the undersigned grantor, in
hand paid by the grantees herein, the receipt whereof is acknowledged, I, E. C. Mott,

along the Northerly line of SPRING HILL SUBDIVISION to the Savannah; Thence Northerly
along the Eastern edge of the Savannah to point of intersection with the Southerly line
of MILLERS SUBDIVISION, Plat Book 6, page 48, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
Thence Northeasterly along the Southeasterly line of MILLERS SUBDIVISION to the point
oi intersection thereof with the waters edge of said Indian River; Thence meander the
~aater's edge of said Indian River Southerly to the point of beginning; ~
LESS AND EXCEPTING therefrom the following:

3o A five foot wide strip of land conveyed by the undersigned grantor to John E. Hopkins `
and Piartha R. Hopkins by deed dated 1 tiay, 1976, and filed for record on~Piay 3, 1976,
in the office of the Clerk of Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida and recorded
in Record 251, Page 2648. . _
This deed is executed to convey to grantees the life estate in said property reserved -
by grantor, in deed recorded in St. Lucie County, Florida, in Deed Record 278, Page 2263,
on December 15, 1977.
TO HAVE AI3D TO HOLD to the said grantees or their heirs and assigns forever.
And I do for myself and for my heirs, executors, and adroinistrators convenant ~
;;ith the said GRANTEES, their heirs and assigns, that I am lawfully seized in fee sirple
of said premises; that th'ey are free from all encumbrances, unless otherwise noted above;
that I have a good right to sell and convey the same as aforesaid; that I will and my
